What is Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive ancient and scientific healing art, it is gentle and natural. Reflexology uses the act of applying pressure to reflex points (nerve endings) on specific areas of the feet and hands, by using specific thumb and finger techniques. These reflex points correspond to all the glands, organs, parts and systems of the body. The results of applying pressure to these reflex points is stress reduction, which in turn will promote positive changes throughout other areas of the body.

It is really nice to know about these things. I believe that this is something that I really need to know at some point. I can't really give detailed information as to why I need this, however, I think that there is an advantage upon knowing this kind of information. I wish that I can see more articles such as this one that will allow us to gain more knowledge which will surely help us sooner or later. Anyway, I would like to thank you for giving us this one.
